This thing picked the perfect time to stop working. But at least it's back now.

Things have gotten completely out of hand now. When the journals went down, Lord Varen decided it was a sign that the time to strike was now. Don't ask, it's complicated. And completely insane. So Keir's marched and somehow I ended up with them ~~and~~. I think they want me to witness how wrong I was to counsel against it.

We've reached Sylea now and, well ... something doesn't feel right. I can't explain it but whatever it is, it sets my hair on end. Of course, I know better than to try and tell anyone here about it. It would go just about as well as every other conversation.

Narenwin is here and ready to go, if I need her. I know it will be soon, I'm certain of it.
