H I S T O R Y
The second daughter and third child of House Mera of Korin, Angeline grew up watching Jessica and taking after her ways. Which meant teasing Lysander and playing dress up and practically using him as her life-size doll. It was fun, he didn't protest too much, and he was ridiculously pretty in skirts and ribbons.

Of course, being nobility, this wasn't all Angeline did. From an early age, she showed interest in swordfighting, her nanny finding her watching the teenaged knights-in-training fencing in the courtyard whenever it was warm enough out to do so, a look of awe on her face. So from the age of seven, Angeline practiced precision. She practiced balance, speed and dancing, training herself to be as graceful as the best fencer House Mera had to offer, and after a while, she got him as her tutor, smiling whenever she had a lesson.

She quickly climbed in level, yet she has a way to go until she can advance to Lady.

At the same time, she did everything her parents asked her to do, preparing herself for eventual betrothal outside of Mera. And still, she never seemed to be that social nor have many friends outside of her sisters and brothers. A quiet child, Angeline mostly watched and only spoke up at opportune moments, so people mostly forgot she was there, Jessica and Tasha got most of the attention whenever there were guests at Mera.

Angeline has spent a lot of her childhood sneaking around the halls of Mera, unseen and unheard. Whether for her training or not, she would never share, except that she might have heard some things she should not have. But then, she wouldn't share said information unless it was very important to do so, or in any way of benefit to her.
P E R S O N A L I T Y
Angeline might be a quiet child around strangers, but that has never meant she doesn't pay attention or is unaware of what's going on around her. Quick to make decisions and go with them, she is a very serious young lady, and only ever truly loosens up around her family.

She's not quick to smile unless it's something she truly cares about, and yet she would claim she cares about everything. This might be why Lysander seems the most nervous around her of his three sisters; she'll be completely serious when going to fetch him, then just as he's coming around, her face will light up and she'll latch onto him and won't let him go until he's properly dressed up and his face is painted prettily.

Angeline is like this in a lot of ways, a lot of the servants have chattered amongst themselves that they never know where they have her, is she in a foul mood that day? Or happy? Is she feeling sad or mischievous, indifferent or emotional? You can't know until she shows it and she doesn't show it until there is something she really wants or if she's already accomplished her goal.

A little wary of strangers, Angeline keeps mostly to herself whenever Mera has visitors, and she still has problems warming up to anyone of Taerin, even if Irene is her sister-in-law now.

If asked a question, she'll always answer, but Angie doesn't like giving long answers, nor will she always give very satisfying ones. You'd have to poke her a lot to have her reveal everything you'd want to know, and even then, she would just get annoyed at you and leave rather than answer.

Fond of cloudy skies and snow, Angeline likes to sit in the window of her room if it's raining, or outside if the snow has just fallen.
A P P E A R A N C E
As the rest of her siblings, Angie inherited the purple hair from their parents, but hers is a lighter shade, almost bordering on white. She's also ridiculously skinny and lithe of frame, and only taller than her younger sister Tasha. For a time, she was taller than Lysander, but once he hit puberty, he shot past her and Angeline stopped her growth spurt at an impressive 5'2". However, she doesn't mind as much, as long as she keeps her back straight and her shoulders back, she'll look the part of nobility, which is all she'd ever want.

She dresses in light clothes, preferring to be able to move around soundlessly than dress in heavy robes, even if it's cold in Korin and she's prone to get sick easily should she freeze over a considerable amount of time.

Angeline looks very frail and when she was smaller, the servants were almost afraid of breaking her just by touching her, but this was always fine with her because she preferred not to be touched anyway, and she grew up with a porcelain doll face, body and skin, her voice even matching the image perfectly, light and crystal clear.

It didn't help when she at fourteen made a pair of white wings from paper and proceeded to walk around with them at all times, claiming they helped her concentrate on keeping balance. She still wears them from time to time, though they've spent most of their time hanging on the wall of her bedroom since she turned sixteen.
